Create an Activity Code with the option “Manual Liquidate Leave Days”.
Link it to the leave accumulators that you will be correcting, Leave Factor should be 0.
If you are using the common setup with 1 leave accumulator per activity, then Leave Factor is set to 0 for it:
If you are using multiple leave accumulators, then Leave Factor is set to 0 for all the leave accumulators that you will be correcting with it:
Use activity in the Activities Datagroup as 1-day length activity (same start and end date). Make sure you’ve used the correct rank and position, and insert the leave balance to the needed accumulators. Note that you can insert both positive and negative leave days according to your needs.
