Description

The rates for employee premiums are normally changed in May each year as a result of the new G-regulation. This yearIn 2021, the government decided that the social security settlement was postponed until the autumn due to the Corona situation. This year's social security settlement is now ready and a new G has been determined. In the employer portal, you must report with the new rates from 1 October 2020. You can read the official news from PTS here.

Changing the rates in Adonis Personnel Manager

  1. Go to Setup | Organization

  2. Select the Top Company. Click on Split View if your screen does not look like the below:

  3. Continue on the right-side of the window and click on Rates and then System1. Add in the new rates by overwriting the existing amounts.

  4. Click Apply, close and Calculate persons to have the system use the new rates
