data group shows notes from all places in the system where they can be added.

data group, you can click the Notes button, Adonis notes editor box appears.

To open the Notes

  2. At the top of the window, you can see menu items for text formatting and Print, Open, Save buttons.
    To leave notes, select needed item and click New Topic button. It adds a fixed user stamp into a note.
    It includes today's date and a user name:

Leave your note and click Apply button.

  • If the option Mandatory User Stamp On All Notes Entries is set in Global Options, then all the notes are not editable until a user presses New Topic button. So, to have free-editable notes please set the option off.
    If this option is set and a user loads a file to notes, the program will put a new topic line before the file text. 

Save To File - saves a note to a file;
Load - loads a text from a file;
Clear - deletes a note;
Replace – replaces the chosen notes;
Print - prints either a current note or all tagged notes.
