To add a Mask:
Go to Global Options > Crew List - Personal details > General;
Enable the "use mask on name input" option;
Define the Mask according to your needs.

The setup screen contains elements/separators that you can use for the Mask and gives a preview of how the Name will be displayed according to your Mask. |

All the Names in the database will be updated according to this Mask.

Note: each time anyone makes changes in the Global Settings > Mask on Name input, the system will perform an actual update of all crew names in the database, thus we recommend making this set up once, or changing it once. Otherwise the database audits will show that someone was updating the whole database multiple times. |

Remember that Global Settings do not replicate, thus if you have multiple sites, we recommend making the same settings on Mask on all the sites, otherwise persons records added on various sites will have different Masks. That means we recommend connecting to each site and copy over the same settings on Mast on name input in the Global Settings. |
