For an employee, we have only one way to reset a password. An employee needs to click on the “Forgot Password” button:

Enter the email and the captcha value

The system sends an email with the link where a user can set the new password

If an employee does not exist in the employee portal, he needs to click on the “First-time login” button:

Then, provide the requested information (Email, Pin, Birthdate):

The system will show the following message:

The following instructions will be sent to the provided email:

Via the link in the email a crew member needs to renew his password and confirm it:

After the message “Password was set successfully. Now you can log in to Employee Portal” appear, an employee could enter the employee portal:
