Adonis is moving over to Jira! We have been using Jira for development successfully for quite a while, and are now ready to move with the other areas.
For you as a customer and end-user, it will mean first of all the possibility to view your request statuses online without the need to contact the Adonis Service desk.
Go to the Adonis Customer Portal
It can be accessed from the Adonis website www.adonishr.com or from the Adonis applications Help menus if you are on the latest version.
Check out this short 3 minutes video explaining how to log in for the first time.
In the video example, the user was prompted with the manual solving her problem even before she could submit the request so that the request was not needed after all.
The verification mail might come to your Spam or similar folder in your inbox. Mark it as Not Spam so that further emails from the Adonis Help Desk are received in your normal Inbox.
