We offer a variety of services including data error correction, system recovery, user error correction, fixing replication errors, assessment of deployment, data migration, and refresh of test databases.

• Data Error Correction and System Recovery
  We offer customized scripts to correct errors or flaws in the database upon customer request and supervision. Working with the customer, we determine the scope of work and what corrections to make.

• User Errors Correction
  Similar to data error correction, we provide solutions to correct user errors upon customer request.

• Fixing Replication errors
  For customers without a Replication Surveillance Agreement, we can fix replication errors upon request.

• Assessment of deployment
  Our technical consultants can help customers determine whether they are getting the most out of their technology and Adonis products. This includes cost control, security, and performance standards.

• Data Migration
  We provide assistance with migrating data into existing databases.

• Refresh of Test Databases
  We offer solutions to refresh test databases as needed.

Adonis Responsibilities

We work with customers to create a clear scope, define deliverables, and plan the project. We deliver results in a test, written, or another form that the customer can approve before implementing into production.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers define the scope of work and are responsible for verifying, testing, and approving the work. On-premise customers are responsible for hosting and maintaining the solution (including backups) and ensuring data quality insurance.

Out of Scope

Changes to customer procedures and recording of these are not included in our services. We do not offer changes or improvements to the Adonis software, but we can provide solutions related to data or product deployment. Implementing suggested improvements to Adonis product deployment is an additional billable service.
