How to fix screen display error on Adonis Cloud

Some users have an issue when first starting to use Adonis Cloud that the application, when opened, gives a black half screen, and they are not able to click on anything with the mouse. This article describes how to change the settings to fix this. 

Question

When opening the application, I get a partial black screen, and in the login screen, I cannot use my mouse to click on the buttons. Inside the application, I click on Data groups, and it activated the View ribbon.

Answer

This is caused by your display resolution is set to more than 100%.

To solve this, follow the below steps: 

  1. Find the Citrix Workspace app in the right-hand corner, right-click and select Advanced Preferences.

  2. Select High DPI in the window that comes up.

  3. Set Yes in the next window, close, and save.

     

  4. Relaunch the session for the changes to take effect.
