Export to Feriekort from 2021 (Adonis name: Leave pay cards/Vacation cards)

Starting 1st of January 2021 Danske Rederiforening (Danish Shipping Association) have announced reporting to Feriekort-ordningen (Vacation cards) is a new format

 

Background

Denmark have introduced The New Danish Holiday Act from September 2020, where people who work in Denmark now earn "concurrent holiday(vacation)", which means people can take a holiday the month after they earn the vacation days. Rather than getting a bank of vacation days at the beginning of a year, people will earn them — and can use them — as they go.

The changes in the vacation days usage and vacation pay earning are forcing changes in reporting to Feriekort-ordningen (Vacation cards).

Here is the specification of the new format or reporting

The solution is introduced as Custom Export

Solution

  1. Go to Tools > Export > Custom Export

  2. Find the Vacation Card (Feriekort) export

  3. Define correct Payroll Period and Vacation Pay entry code in the export parameters

  4. The file will be created by the selected export path.



Setup of Custom Export

The setup of Custom Export is performed in General Codes > Custom Export > Export.

  1. Add a new item, define the unique code. Add the name that will appear when you go to run it under Tools > Export. The name can be updated any time later.

  2. Then open Template > Import.

  3. Save the below template to some folder on your computer and select to import it to the system.

  4. When the template is imported you will see the fields as below, click OK to save. Now it is available under Tools > Custom Export.
