How users can reset the password to Adonis Cloud
This article explains how users can reset the password to the Adonis Cloud that connect with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)/ Remote Desktop application if it expired or before it expires. In other words, this instruction will work for the cases when existing password is known.

Introduction
The Adonis Cloud has a default expiry period for the account’s password. It is required for security purposes. When the period is over, you will receive the following message.
When this happens, the Remote Desktop client application might not ask you to change the password, unless you re-subscribe as described below. Instead of re-subscribing you can log on to the Remote Desktop Web client which will ask you to change the password. Note! To log in you should use username@adoniscloud.onmicrosoft.com email address.

Changing expired password by logging on to the web client
Log on to the Remote Desktop Web client at https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient/index.html
The web client should be opened in an incognito/in-private window of your web browser (i.e. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) in order to log on using your Adonis Cloud account and prevent automatic log on of your organization's account.
On Sign in window, log on with your @adoniscloud.onmicrosoft.com address, not your own company’s email address.
For Enter Password window, type your old/expired password. Then you will be asked to change the password in the next window.
Type in your expired password as a “Current password” and input the “New password” in the succeeding fields.
After the new password has been set in the web client, you may return to the desktop client and continue with your newly changed password.
Changing expired password by Re-subscribe Windows login
From the Connection Center, tap the overflow menu (...) next to the Workspace and select “Unsubscribe”.
Click “Subscribe with URL”, and then type in this URL in “Email or Workspace” field: https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com
Provide your credentials when prompted.
For User name, give the user name of your Adonis Cloud account.
It should end with @adoniscloud.onmicrosoft.com .For Password, type in the old/expired password.
Then you will be asked to change the password.
Type in your expired password as a “Current password” and input the “New password” that you will use for the login.
After you've finished, the Connection Center should display the remote resources.
Once subscribed to a feed, the feed content will update automatically on a regular basis. Resources may be added, changed, or removed based on changes made by your administrator.
Changing expired password by Re-subscribe macOS login
Beside the Workspace title, tap the Delete icon.
On the Connection Center screen, tap Add Workspace.
In the Add Workspace field, enter the URL below and tap Add.

For the User Name, give the username of your Adonis Cloud account.
It should end with @adoniscloud.onmicrosoft.com .For the Password, type in the old/expired password.
Then you will be asked to change the password.

After you've finished, the Connection Center should display the remote resources.

Changing a password that has not yet expired, when logged on to the web client.
You may change your password before it has expired, from the Remote Desktop Web client. Log on to the Remote Desktop Web client at https://client.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient/index.html, using an incognito/ private window. Click the icon of your initials in the upper right corner, as marked with the arrow in the bellow screenshot.
Click “My account”. Then click on Change password
Type your current password in the Old password field. Enter your new password in the 2 other fields for the new password.
Changing a password that has not yet expired, by CTRL+ALT+END
You may change your password before it expire. Start one of the published applications in the Remote Desktop Client. After you have logged on and the application has started(and is your currently active application), hit CTRL+ALT+END on your keyboard.
Select “Change a password”
Enter your existing password in the “old password” field. Enter your desired new password in the “New Password” and “Confirm password” field. Click the arrow next to the “Confirm password” field to proceed with the password change.
You may have to exit the applications you have running on the Adonis cloud and start them again, after you have changed your existing password by this method.
