This article describes how to use the Leave Days Recalculation Wizard to recalculate the number of Leave Days after updating any settings to the calculations.

Description

Under  Tools, a LeaveDays Recalculation Wizard can recalculate the Leave days for selected persons and activities.

Suppose you make a change in the Leave days calculation either on activity or payscale table level. In that case, you can recalculate the leave days for one or more persons for a selected date range and for selected activities.

How to

1. Go to Tools | Wizards | LeaveDays Recalculation Wizard

   Open

   

2. Chose which persons you want to recalculate for:

   Open

   

3. Select date range. For all activities and all dates, set as in the sample here:
