This article explains what to check or reset if a Crew List View is not showing any data.

Problem

From time to time a Crew List View might not display any data, even though the user has not set any filters and all columns are selected.

Solution

The following steps can be tried to reset the view:

Go to the Layout tab and select Reset.

OR

Right-click on a column header and select Reset Grid Layout.
