Application Ribbon/Menu not showing any data/or missing data


This article explains what to check or reset if the ribbon is not showing the normal modules, data groups, or other tabs.


Problem

From time to time it might be needed to reset your view due to a glitch in the application or corruption of user settings.

If you can’t see your normal selections on the top of the menu, you will have to reset either the toolbars or your account.

If none of these helps you need to check with your Adonis Administrator that you have access to the needed functions in the Adonis Control Centre

Solution

The following steps can be tried to reset the view:

Go to the View tab and select Reset Toolbars

 

OR

Select your username and then the option to “Reset account to default”.
