Adonis Project Organization

The Adonis Project Department sits within the Operations part of the Adonis organization and reports into the COO.

The Project Department consists of three regional project managers and is led by the Head of Projects.

 

 

When initiating new implementation projects, consultants are picked from a pool of Senior Crewing, Payroll and Technical Consultants, that also work within our Professional Services Team and support our Service Delivery Team. The same consultants also continue to support our customers once the implementation has completed successfully and the customer is handed over to Service Delivery. This way, we ensure a seamless knowledge transfer and continuity of service for all our customers.

 

Our recommendations for customer resources will be project dependent as the scope often differs. However some resources are generally key to the success of the project. These are:

  • A Project Manager who can drive the project on the customer side and manage the customer resources.

  • Core competence resources, such as Crewing Manager or Payroll Manager (if applicable)

  • We also recommend involving onboard resources from the start of the project.

  • In addition to the above we strongly recommend that the customer has access to an IT technical resource, even when they are using an Adonis Cloud installtion.
