AWR Applicant Accounts

To access a list of applicants’ accounts, click the Applicant Accounts tile on the main panel:

Clicking the tile opens the Applicant Accounts page listing all the applicants' data:

Here you can find the following applicants’ information:

• Block/Unblock Account allows setting an account status. As an administrator, you can allow or restrict access to an account.

• Email displays an applicant email address used during the registration.

• Last Name and First Name display an applicant first name and last name used during the registration.

• Email Confirmed shows whether the system recognizes an email address as valid. Once registered, an email notification is sent to an applicant email to complete the registration with email verification. If the email address is successfully confirmed, an applicant will be redirected to the login page. In case an email address is not confirmed, an applicant will not be able to log in.

• Account Blocked shows an account status which has been set in the Block/Unblock Account column. If a checkbox is selected, it means access to the account is restricted. Moreover, an applicant cannot create a new account using the same email address.
