AWR General Codes Tables

Adonis Web Recruitment allows you to define codes for different datatypes. To access the feature, click the General Codes Tables tool on the Main Panel. Clicking the command opens the General Codes dialog:

The following datatype groups are available:

• Job Types

• Contract Types

• Vessel Types

To create a general code:

1. Select the datatype group where you want to create a general code.

2. Click New to enable the fields to be filled out:

   Open

   

   • Enter Code (may contain both characters and digits).

   • Set Name (generally refer to the code dscription).

3. Click Save to confirm the changes

Once created, you can edit a record:

1. Click Edit next to the record you want to modify. On clicking, the record becomes selected:

2. Enter the required changes and click Save.

To remove a record, click Delete. The system will then prompt you to confirm the changes:

Click OK to permanently delete a selected datatype.

To get back to the main screen, click Main Panel on the toolbar.
