Crewlink: wrong crew member name on the booking


This article outlines the procedure for updating the name of a crew member in an existing booking.


Introduction

It's possible that a crew ticket was issued with an incorrect name due to errors made by manning agents or the HR team during the crew member record entry in Adonis. In this article, we'll delve into the correct methods for rectifying this issue.

Problem

The wrong crew member’s name was on the issued flight ticket.

Solution

  1. Select the booking request in Adonis and click Cancel. The Refund request will be sent to Crewlink.
    You can do it from any place: Crew Change, Flight Inbox modules, or Flight Details datagroup.

     

  2. Fix the name of the crew member in the Personal Details datagroup.

  3. Create a new booking request in the Crew Change module.
