Occasionally, you may find yourself needing to produce a payslip for crew members for a future payroll period that has not yet been finalized.

This situation can arise if payroll closure occurs mid or at the end of the following month. Therefore, even though the crew may have signed off this month, their compensations will be processed and disbursed in the subsequent month.

While the actual payments may be delayed, the crew members often still wish to receive their payslips in advance.

In such instances, you have the option to export the Payslip template to Word for the affected crew and manually enter the anticipated earnings for the current month that has yet to be accounted for in the payroll calculations.
