FAQ: How to register and evaluate Crew Members relationships with other crew members using a rating scale?

With this article we will give you a step- by- step guide for how Adonis crew members register and evaluate their relationships with other crew members by using a rating scale.

Step – by – step Guide

Access the Relations Module:

Log in to APM ( Adonis Personnel Manager)
Go to Module Tab > Click on the Standard Crew List View.
Select the crew member that you want to register a relationship with.

4. Go to the Onboard Tab > Click on the Relations folder.

Search for Crew Member:

1. Enter the PIN of the crew member and select them from the search or you may select a person from Crew list.

Enter Relationship Details:

Click on the name of the crew member to open their personal details. Locate the “Relationship field”. This is where you will record your relationship status.

Rate the Relationship:

Click on the drop-down field next to “Mark”.

A drop-down menu with the ratings scale will appear.
Select the level that corresponds to your evaluation of the relationship.

Save Changes:

After all the necessary changes were made make sure to save all changes.

Click on the “OK” button to update all the changes.

Review and Confirm:

Review the update information to make sure that is correct. If you find any error, repeat the above steps to make the necessary corrections.

Log Off:

Once you have completed registering the relationship, make sure to log off to ensure the security of the information.
