System Features:

Direct Input Search: Search by Personal Identification Number (PIN) or Name.

Position Requirements: Search based on specific Positions, Certificates, and Courses.

Adonis Query: Use custom queries for advanced searches.

Onsigners View: Access a specialized view for upcoming onsigners.

Search Methods:

  1. Direct Input Search:

    • Navigate to the '"Direct Input"

      Use the 'Enter text to search...' bar to type the PIN or Name of the crew member.

      The system will filter the list to display matches for your query.

       

  2. Position Requirements Search:

    • From the main dashboard, select the 'Position Requirements' function.

      Specify the criteria such as required certificates and courses.

      The system will list candidates who match the position criteria.

       

  3. Advanced Adonis Query:

    • Select the 'Query' option within the system to open the query builder.

      Construct a custom search by defining various attributes and conditions.

      Execute the query to generate a list of candidates that meet the set parameters.

       

  4. Onsigners View:

    • Click on the 'Onsigners View' to display upcoming crew changes.

      This view helps you identify crew members who are scheduled to sign on and have all the required documentation up-to-date.

Best Match for Open Positions:

  • Use the sorting and filtering options to rank the search results based on your position requirements, including a check for the 'Relations' to understand interpersonal dynamics that may affect crew synergy.

  • Check the status of certifications directly from the search results to ensure compliance.

  • Assess 'Relations' ratings to foresee how well a potential candidate may integrate with the existing crew, leveraging data to predict onboard team chemistry.

  • Use the 'Details' option to view full profiles, including previous relations ratings, to assess the crew member's suitability for the position.

Compliance Check:

  • The system automatically flags any non-compliance issues, such as missing or expired certificates.

  • Conduct regular searches for crew members approaching certificate expiration dates to maintain compliance.
