  1. When a Norwegian Payroll user uses EDAG reporting in Adonis, they may encounter an error below when checking Authentication, which means that the Altinn user password entered in Adonis is invalid:

A solution is to reset the User password in Altinn and then enter the correct User password in Adonis.

In Altinn the user password should be reset here:

Then it should be updated in Adonis:

2. When exporting Tax Card a user can have an error as below:

The reason is that the user entered the wrong System ID password more than 3 times in a row in Adonis when exporting Tax Cards and the account has been blocked for security reasons in Altinn. The user needs to wait for an hour before trying again. If the user is not sure that the password they are using is correct, they can reset the System ID password in Altinn and then enter the new System ID password in Adonis. The password should be reset here:
