You can easily export all the Entry Codes from one system and import them to the other by using Adonis Personnel Manager utilities.

Go under Setup > Tables > Export > Entry Code, select a place on your PC, and save the file.
The file will be in the format of a DEF file.

Make sure that you have selected the correct Oganization unit as current client before you import the Entry Codes. For example, you have Company A using one list of Entry Codes (Entry Code Table 0), and Company B should be using another list of Entry Codes (Entry Code Table 1). When you import Entry Codes for the Company B, it has to be selected as current client, otherwise the list of Entry Codes for Company A will be ruined with the import. |
