To remove the organization for the office employees:

Setting an Organization unit passive

Setting a unit passive will disable users from being able to select it, however, it will remain on historical activities or in a person’s personal details records.

  1. Go to the Organization Properties.

  2. Select the needed the wanted unit.

  3. If you have the split view on you will see the option on the right-hand side. If not double-click on the unit.

  4. Tick the Passive option and click OK to save.
