This article explains how to process urgent bookings offline correctly.


Introduction

Sometimes it is necessary Occasionally, there arises a need for the crew travel manager to urgently issue the bookings offline during the out-of-expediently arrange bookings outside regular office hours. Solution

If there is an existing booking request for this crew in Adonis then:

  1. Open this the request in the Crewlink Embedded window.

  2. Open Messages and ask the Crewlink agent to update the booking with the ticket issued offline.
    Specify the PIN, Travel ID, or PNR if possible to make it easier for the agent.

If there is no booking request for this crew in Adonis then:

  1. Create a new booking request in the Crew Change module.

  2. Submit this the request to Crewlink.

  3. Open Messages and ask the Crewlink agent to update the booking with the ticket issued offline.
    Specify the PIN, Travel ID, or PNR if possible to make it easier for the agent.
