This article explains why certain Competence Codes might not be available for selection under the Competence Datagroup.


Problem

Competence Codes are not available for selection under the Competence Datagroup.

Solution

There can be several reasons why Competence is not available:

  1. General Codes > Competence Codes > Organization filter is applied.

     
    The same will be reflected under the Organization Structure > selected organization > General Codes > Competence Codes and vice-versa. The settings are co-dependent.

  2. Control Center > selected access level > General Codes > Competence Views access is set to No for the View that contains this Code.
