Description

This course suits participant who will be setting up the Requirements Profile and corresponding functionality around Competences, Travel and Medical documents requirements.

Objectives

  • Undestand different requirements check the system can do for missing and expired documents, as well as vessel specific competences and experience requirements.

  • Know how to define requirements per position in the Requirements Profile

  • Know how to define requirements per vessel in the Requirements Profile

  • Know how to define experience requirements in the Requirements Profile

  • Know how to set up replacing competences

  • Know how to define and use check-out requirements

  • Know what reporting capabilities the system has for missing/expired documents in Rotation module, Crew List views, Customized and Notification reports, Notification tasks, and similar

Prerequisites

We recommend undergoing the Basic Introduction and Training courses, and Rotation module training, however, this is not a requirement.
