How to Make Local Drives Accessible in APM on Adonis Cloud

Adonis Cloud users need to access their local drives for uploading/downloading purposes, but some users are not able to see their local drives and cannot upload or download documents. This is because of the Azure Virtual Desktop version installed on their local machine.

Azure Virtual Desktop client downloaded from the Microsoft Store does not allow users to access redirected drives (Local drives).

Uninstall the Azure Virtual Desktop client downloaded from the Microsoft Store

• Open Apps & Features

Open

• Search for Remote Desktop then Uninstall the application

Open

Download the official Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)/ Remote Desktop installer
