How to add Organization/Virksomhet number in APM

According to Skatteetaten each company needs to report A-melding per Declarant (Organisasjon) and Enterprise (Virksomhet). This is applicable even if you only have one company.

This article gives you a step-by-step guide on how to add “Virksomhets”-number in APM.

How to find your “Virksomhets”-number

All Norwegian companies have been assigned a Virksomhets”-number. The number can be found in Brønnøysundsregisteret as follows:

  1. Go to https://www.brreg.no/

  2. Search for your company

     

  3. Continue to the overview of registered sub-units

  4. Locate the number as shown below

 

Reguster “Virksomhets”-number in APM

  1. Go to Setup > Organization Structure

  2. Select your company and go to Reports > Norsk innrapportering > EDAG tab

  3. Add the “Virksomhet” number

  4. Click Apply and Close
