AWR Edit SMS Templates

You can modify any of the predefined sms templates. To do this, open the SMS Templates page and follow the steps below:

  1. Hover over the sms template you want to edit.

  2. When the Edit button appears on its right-hand side, click it.

Then, the selected sms template becomes available for modifications:

You can edit the following fields:

  • Template name. Specify the template name you want to be displayed in the system.

  • Body. Modify the content of the message body. When editing an email template, you can use placeholders which will be replaced by the real data from the database. In the upper part of the dialog, you will find a set of placeholders that can be used in a certain template.

Once completed, click Save for the changes to take effect.
