Release Highlights

General

This section contains the description of enhancements made in the APM configuration settings and their impact on the APM features. In particular, it reveals data on how to:

  • register extra days

  • group leave days accumulators

  • reserve telecommunication fields for the Family datagroup

  • use different sender names for different emails

  • use the optional POSITON_NUMORGID field in the Customized Crew List view to check the access rights per positions

Extra Days Registration

We re-instated the original functionality to add extra days on sign-on and sign-off without creating an extra shift.

In Global Options > Activities, implemented the Register Extra Days option:

  • If Register Extra Days is turned on and Shift with Extensions (Extra Days Activities) is selected, then the Add Shift Extension menu item for one and for multiple shifts is available in the Rotation Planning module. The respective fields are shown under the Shift Details tab of selected shift.

  • If Register Extra Days is turned on and Single Shift (Extra Days Virtual Activities) is selected, then the Add Shift Extension menu item for one and for multiple shifts isn’t available in the Rotation Planning module. The fields are shown under the Shift Details tab of the selected shift.

Leave Days Accumulator Category

Implemented functionality to group leave days accumulators.

The Leave Days accumulator category option was added in General Codes > Leave Days Accumulators. The option is designed for grouping Leave Days Accumulators in the Leave Account form of the Activities datagroup.

Please note that the Leave Days Accumulator code can be linked to only one Leave Days accumulator category:

 

Family View

Added extra columns in the datagroup tab views.

The following implementations have been made:

  1. Added fields into the General Codes → Family → Family View:

  • H377 WEB

  • H378 Work Mobile

  • H379 Secondary E-Mail

  1. Implemented the functionality for displaying data for fields in the Family datagroup overview.

Email Reports

Added to the possibility of defining the sender name for emailing payslips and other reports.

In APM, the sender name is fetched separately for different emails:

  • When sending general emails, the Sender Name is fetched from Global Options → General.

  • When sending payslips, the Sender Name is fetched from Global Options → Payroll -> E-mail reports:
