If a user crew forgot his/her password for Crew Portal, the password it can be reset to a default one which is (PIN+Year of birth as registered in APM/ APP Personal Details by an ) by Administrator in Crew Portal installed on the a vessel.
Login to Administrator Portal.
Go to Access Control > Users and locate the user.
Tag the user, click Edit in the upper right corner:
