If a user forgot his/her password for Crew Portal, the password can be reset to a default one which is PIN+Year of birth as registered in APM/ APP Personal Details by an Administrator in Crew Portal installed on the vessel.
Login to Administrator Portal.
Go to Access Control > Users and locate the user.
Tag the user, click Edit in the upper right corner:
