Here you can find the quickest way to modules and datagroups in APM using your keyboard:

| The Analytical module is a comprehensive data analysis, data mining and visual reporting solution. Users can break down raw data in any manner they require, using easy-to-understand drag & drop commands and instantly render the desired output to a report printout or export to file. | Ctrl+Alt+U |

| The Cabin Allocation module is a simple and efficient tool for handling cabins allocation for crew. It keeps a track of all the cabins a certain vessel and by whom which of them is occupied. | Ctrl+Alt+N |
| The Crew Station Bill module helps to maintain the Muster roll and In-port Manning, giving an overview of which person is assigned to which role, his emergency station and if he has any expired or missing certificates. | Ctrl+Alt+W |

| Personal Details datagroup shows the most common information about a person. Data is divided into some groups of pages: Details, Payroll, Onboard.. | Ctrl+1 |
| Photo datagroup, where you can upload a crew member’s photo. | Ctrl+H |
| Person Notes datagroup shows notes from all places in the application where they can be added (e.g.: Personal Details, Activities, Appraisals, Competence, Family, Documents datagroups, etc.). | Ctrl+E |
| Family datagroup contains data about employee’s family members. | Ctrl+6 |
| Competence datagroup allows you to store competence documents for each person, then you can easily find a person who has a certificate required with the help of Adonis Query tool. | Ctrl+7 |
| Travel Documents datagroup allows you to store travel documents for each person, then you can easily find a person who has a travel document required using the Adonis Query tool. | Ctrl+8 |
| Medical Documents datagroup allows you to store medical documents for each person, then you can easily find a person who has required medical documents using the Adonis Query tool. | Ctrl+9 |
| Enclosed Documents datagroup allows you to view all attached files of a person in one place. Adonis allows to link different types of files to a person profile: pictures or even movies. All of them will be displayed here, no matter in what datagroup they were added. | Ctrl+0 |
| Overview datagroup stores all personal documents (competences, medical, travel, enclosed) in one place. Here you can also find Basket. | Ctrl+5 |
