This article gives a brief overview of the possibilities that Administrator, Employee, and Crew Portals have.


Introduction word

Adonis Personnel Portal consists of three components:

  • Administrator Portal

  • Employee Portal

  • Crew Portal

Each of them has its own purpose and provides a different set of possibilities.

Possibilities

  1. Administrator Portal is used for the setup and configuration of both the Employee Portal and the Crew Portal.

  2. Employee Portal - this is the portal the employees can access via the public cloud, to maintain their profile, sign contracts, enter their travel expense sheets, etc.

  3. Crew Portal or Onboard portal this is the functionality used onboard, it is accessible only on the Vessels Local Cloud, and if the Employee is assigned to a confirmed sea-service activity.

Login requirements

The following information should be added for the employee/ crew member to be able to log in.

Date of Birth (DOB)

E-mail address

Current onboard activity (confirmed Sign ON)

Employed Start is not mandatory, so you can leave it blank.

But if you already set the person as employed, then it should follow this rule:

  • Employment Start <= today.

  • Employment End - empty.

The person should be set as employed in Personal Details.

  • Employment Start <= today.

  • Employment End - empty.
