Email Reports Product Description

This article describes the service and responsibilities for both Adonis and our customers when delivering the product Email Reports

 

The Email Reports are used for manual sending of pre-formatted Reports to individual crew members. The reports can be set up to be sent to an employee email registered in the database, or to be distributed into the Documents Datagroup and be displayed in the Employee portal. The Email Reports are Fast Report Design files, that are specifically created to work with the Email Report functionality.

  2. Creation of the Email Report

  3. Testing of the Email Report

  4. Documentation of how the Email Report works

  5. Documentation of how the Email Report must be added to the system

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Assisting with the specification of the Email Reports

  2. Creation and enabling of the Email Report

  3. Creation of the Email template

  4. Final testing of the Email Report

  5. Maintenance of the Email Report and Email templates
