How to fix the full screen issue on Start Page

The purpose of this article is to provide a workaround for customers who are having issues maximizing APM on the 2nd screen (extended monitor) after upgrading APM to a version containing Start Page.

Issues

Some reported issues are:

  • When maximizing APM in the 2nd monitor, it always goes back to the primary monitor or laptop screen.

  • APM on 2nd monitor unable to maximize. Remains in 2nd monitor but has only a specific window size.

Workaround

This workaround procedure will allow the user to maximize the latest version of APM to their 2nd monitor.

Steps:

  1. Go to Display settings

     

  2. Click the 2nd monitor

     

  3. Scroll down a little bit and when you see Multiple displays, make sure that you put check\enable "make this my main display".
