How to find the Application Version
This article explains how you can find the application version when you need this to report an issue to the Adonis HR Service Desk.
Description
When reporting an issue to the Adonis HR Service Desk, you might be asked which version the application is on. Below you find instructions on where to find this throughout the different applications.
How to find the version number
Adonis Personnel Manager (APM)
You can find the version number in two places:
When logged into the system, go to Service Desk | About. This opens a new screen where the version will be displayed.
In the login window, the version is displayed in the left bottom corner.
Adonis Personnel Portal (APP)
You can find the version number in two places, and it is the same place for the Adonis Administrator, Adonis Employee and the Adonis Crew Portal
When logged into the system, go to the three-line menu This opens a right-side menu where the version is displayed at the bottom.
In the login window, the version is displayed underneath the login information.
Adonis Web Recruitment (AWR)
For the Adonis Web Recruitment the version number is displayed on the login page:
Adonis Replicator (AR)
For the Adonis Replicator the version is displayed in the Replicator Manager window as shown here:
