How to adjust a link in a Notification mail

 Instructions

 

  1. Go to Setup > Notification Service, open the needed Notification task.

  2. Go to Notification Emails tab > Edit HTML.

  3. Locate the link in the mail body, right-click > select Edit Hyperlink:

  4. In the screen that pops up replace the url with the correct one in the Address field and click OK:

  5. Click Apply on the HTML editor screen and OK on Task properties to save the changes:
