AWR Records Export to APM
After a CV is considered and an applicant is accepted by a crew manager, you need to export all the applicants’ records to Adonis Personnel Manager.
To do this, follow the steps below:
Log into APM.
On the Tools ribbon tab, in the Interfaces group, click Import and select the Web applicants command:
Clicking the Web applicants command makes the Import WEB Applicants dialog appear on the screen:
In the Import Web Applicants dialog, click the Set-up button to enter the configuration parameters:
On the General tab, provide the following details to make the tool ready for use:
Default Organisation Personal Details. Specify the organization to which you want to assign imported persons.
Default Organisation Historical Activities. Specify the organization to which you want to assign imported activities.
On import make applicants. Select Active to import persons with the Employment State = Employed and the Employment Start Date = the day of import. Select Deactive to import persons with the Employment State = Terminated and the Employment End Date = the day of import.
Default Onboard Activity Code. From the drop-down menu, select an activity code required to import an applicant experience. If there are no options in the drop-down menu, go to the Setup ribbon tab > General Codes > Activities > Activity Codes and set up the code.
Update applicant data if person is moved to other organization. Select the option to keep imported persons’ data always up-to-date even if they are moved to different organization.
On the Enclosed documents tab, select the documents types to be imported: Competence, Medical and Travel documents, Person’s CV.
Once imported to the Adonis database, the documents of defined type will be displayed in the Person’s documents datagroup.
On the Communication tab, verify connection to Adonis Web Recruitment. For this, provide the following information:
Clear the Use FTP service (old style) option.
In the Adonis Web Recruitment Export Service field, enter the web service URL for exporting data from Web Recruitment: [server_url]/instance_name/manager/ExportService.ashx
Enter User Id and Password of a manager.
In the Adonis Web Recruitment Transfer Codes Service field, enter the web service URL for transferring codes: [server_url]/instance_name/manager/GeneralCodes.ashx
Click Test to verify connection. If the connection is successfully established, click OK to save the setup.
On performing all the setups, click Import in the Import WEB Applicants dialog. You can see the import in progress. If no error messages are shown in Import Log, the import is successfully completed.
