The report fetches the crew onboard a vessel crossing selected dates & shows his Reliever details.
A person is considered as the Reliever to the basic one if his sea-service activity in the same position starts in the range of 6 days before/after the end of the basic person's activity.
Dialog
Vessels - to limit onboard activities by a vessel.
Ranks - to limit by rank code corresponding to a person's position.
Date From / To - to limit sea service activities crossing selected dates.
