AWR Add Application Workflow

You can customize the application workflow based on your company needs.

To get started, on the main page, select the Set Up Workflow tile. When the Workflow Set Up page opens up, click the Add workflow command:

Clicking the command opens the Add new workflow dialog:

In the dilaog, you can create a workflow by filling in the following fields:

  • Workflow name. Enter the workflow name.

  • Select a basis for new workflow. From the drop-down list, select a predefined workflow to be used as a template for a new workflow. The Basic workflow* is set by default.

  • Select an application template that an applicant will receive when apply. From the drop-down list, select a predefined application template to be used for a new workflow. By default, the Default application template is used.

When completed, click Ok to proceed.

As a result, a new workflow is added:

*The basic application workflow covers the following predefined stages:

  • Interested supposes an applicant has requested and/or received an application form to be filled in for futher application procedure.

  • Applied assumes an applicant has applied for a job position by sending a prefilled application form.

  • Hired means the job application is successful.

  • Rejected supposes the job application is not successful.
